We are each unique and exquisite expressions of the Divine.  In this guided meditation we will spend time with the throat chakra and opening up to speaking our truth, and expressing our true nature.

We may naturally fear that if we express our heart’s longing, our heart song, that we will be ignored or shut down.  We will bring forward any blocks around this.

We will also open up the channels to expressing what it is that the Divine wishes to share.  What it is that the Divine, or God presence, wishes to express through us as the incredible instrument and conduit that we each are.
