Letting in your Divine EssenceIn this guided meditation will be letting in your Divine Essence. We will first go up to the pineal gland and ask for this to relax and open. From there we will then ask for the crown chakra to open. Once the crown is open we can then begin to take in your divine essence. We will then fill the whole body up with your essence.
