In this short meditation we will disengage from anything that we really don’t need to concern ourselves with. We will clear more space for ourself so that we can feel lighter and clearer. We will also connect with the solar plexus and any fears that come up when we do start the process of letting go. Finally, we will ask for the outside world to not come in as much, and to not feel so weighted down.
